  • Warm-up and Cool Down

  • Technique Training Sessions

  • Tactical Team based Training Sessions

  • Small-sided & 11v11 Games

what to bring

  • Wear correct ESG Training Kit – shirt, shorts and socks provided

  • Shin-Pads (MUST be worn at all times)

  • Appropriate Footwear

  • Drinks Bottle – cold bottled water is provided at the field by ESG
