DEVELOPMENT TRAINING PROGRAM

Our sessions are delivered in a safe and fun environment for boys aged between 4-17 by one of our experienced coaches. As well as developing new soccer skills, participating in the course will also provide your children the opportunity to learn, improve their fitness, and meet new friends!

Sunday,Wednesday & Saturday at ABA International School

Monday,Tuesday and Thursday at British School Muscat

• Warm-up and Reaction Games

• Technique Training Sessions

• Fun games to practice techniques

• Small-sided Games and Tournaments

what to bring

• Wear correct ESG Training Kit – shirt, shorts and socks provided

• Shin-Pads (MUST be worn at all times)

• Appropriate Footwear (No metal studs allowed)

• Drinks Bottle – cold filtered water is available at the field
