ESG FOOTBALL ACADEMY REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

REGISTRATION:

When first signing up with ESG, our online registration form must be fully completed including agreement to the terms and conditions.

Select the relevant day/days before submitting.

Respond to your registration email and confirm payment method.

All bank transfers must be referenced with your Childs Full name.

Term fees must be paid prior to your child’s first ESG session.

Your Childs place is only confirmed at ESG once payment has been received.

 REFUNDS AND MISSED SESSIONS:

Term fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

If Students register for the term and withdraw during that term, The full term fee is still applicable.

In the event of Illness, serious medical conditions or injuries preventing participation, supported by a medical certificate, ESG will offer make up sessions to cover those missed.

Make-up sessions maybe offered at any ESG venue.

Make-up sessions for missed classes will not be available without prior notice.

RESPONSIBILITY AND INJURIES:

You have a responsibility to ensure your son/daughter is physically fit to play football at ESG Football Academy.

ESG Football Academy is not liable for any injuries, losses or damages incurred during training sessions.

In the event of serious injuries, ESG Football Academy staff will provide emergency first aid only when necessary.

MODIFICATIOS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

ESG Football Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions as and when needed.
